Some very nice praise indeed – Thank You!

We’ve just had some very nice praise about our Award-winning Ginger Beer with Chilli! It was reviewed by top Chef Tim Payne in Caterer and Hotelkeeper [28.08.09] who gave it a resounding thumbs up!
Tim is chef in ‘Paradise by Way of Kensal Green’ in London, and has an awesome reputation as a chef. He worked as a Chef and then Executive Chef for Marco Pierre White for 7 years, was Sous Chef on ITV’s Hells Kitchen for a season along side Marco and the rest of the celebrities. He’s also worked with top restaurant owner Oliver Peyton [yes him off Great British Menu]. He’s a huge advocate of British produce, and of sourcing things locally and with provenance – sounds like our kind of man!

‘I loved the Ginger Beer with chilli – a really refreshing take on the traditional recipe, making it the perfect tipple for summer. The addition of chilli is really more of a hint – and a dash more wouldn’t go amiss in my opinion – but its deliciously subtle and very gingery’
